Payment Plan / Down Payment:
Down payment is 30% of your total price or offer. Payment plans are accepted but it is preferable that they do not exceed:
Head >> 4 months
Mini Partial >> 6 months
Partial >> 8 months
Full suit >> 12 months
Your fursuit finish date will be pushed back if you plan to do a longer payment plan. Finished fursuits will not ship until clients pay the final payment installment and provide shipping fee

(We prefer not to use PayPal if possible due to increased fees for international accounts and bad service. With this in mind, there will be a lower chance to get a commission slot if you only use PayPal. We encourage you to explore our other preferred payment options. Sorry for the inconvenience!)
Cancellation
Completed commissions are not eligible for refunds.
Canceled commissions that are in progress will receive only partial refunds, and we reserve the right to change the design and turn your unfinished suit into a premade suit to sell.
If the client submits a cancellation, the down payment WILL NOT be refunded.
Your commission slot may be transferred to someone you trust; this new client must confirm they want the slot and must provide their own down payment. Once the new client's down payment has been received, the ORIGINAL client will be refunded half of their down payment.

Add-On
Client should decide all the add-ons they want before paying the first payment.
If the client requires more add-ons later, then we have the right to charge the extra add-on fee.
These add-ons are included in all suits: Moving jaw, and one pair of eyelids.
1: Foam head base + $300
2: Arm sleeves + $150
3: NFT (National Fiber Technology) fur hair + $200 - $300
4: Fan + $50
5: Removable eyelids + $30 for each pair
6: LED eyes + $100
7: Kemono eye domes + $100
8: Follow me eyes + $50
9: Moveable ears + $200 (strong fishing line and plastic tubing are placed inside the head. Ears can be moved with finger movement. Fishing line is kept off your face with use of plastic tubing.
10: Poseable ears + $50 (small malleable wire inside your ears allows for posing. These ears are incompatible with Moveable ears.)
11: Air tag or any tracking device + $(current price on Amazon) （For US shipping addresses only. A hidden pocket to hold Air Tag/other tracking device can be provided for an additional $20)
12: Replaceable eye mesh, for more facial expression +$30 for each pair

Character Difficulty Level
Complex designs add to the difficulty of making a fursuit. Here are some things we consider to add complexity to designs and may result in a higher quote:
1: Long hair (past shoulders), Large mane, or stylized hair.
2: Multiple stripes, spots, or small shapes.
3: Adding muscle or breast padding.
4: Color Gradients that require hand sewing.
5: Wings.
6: Large tail.
7: Scale textures.
8: Multiple small parts, like spines or spikes.
9: Horns.
10: More than 2 fur colors.
